This beautiful updated open floor plan 3 bed 2 bath home with recently refinished, propane and solar heated, salt water pool has everything you need to relax and escape your everyday lives. When you walk out into the back yard, you will find serenity calling your name. This private yard backs up to 500 acre Bell Creek Nature Preserve. Relax in the heated pool under the palm trees in the full screen enclosure as you watch the native birds fly overhead. Lounge chairs, pool floats and towels are all included at your special vacation getaway.
Heading inside the home you will find updated modern appliances and a cozy seating area in the kitchen. Whether you order in or cook wonderful meals with the microwave, stove, oven/broiler/airfryer or outdoors on the propane grill, you will love dining in the screened in dining area (lanai) to dine al fresco!! The Lanai is accessed via large sliding glass doors from the kitchen, living room or master bedroom. In the evenings, kick back and watch the 65" smart TV in the living room or break out some of the included board games for some fun family time.
